29/5/10  Scottish Border Collie Club, what a day!!! thanks to judge Pete Simmons, Tipsy Best Bitch and BEST IN SHOW, Drew Best dog and RESERVE BEST IN SHOW, Promise Reserve Best Bitch, Alan Gray's Locheil joint Venture Reserve Best Dog and Jinty BEST PUPPY IN SHOW a clean sweep!

11/5/10 We were at Birmingham National at the weekend, enjoyed it  but..... not the most successful, Julia and i decided this year, 'if you are not in it, you can't win it' so thought maybe we'd go to as many shows as we could regardless of the judges but believe me its wearing thin already LOL, with some judges it doesn't matter how good your dogs are if your face doesn't fit, you'll not get much and they are too old to change their ways now and we should have known better than drive 7hr each way for that.  Anyway her final winners were nice and deserved their wins. Maybe now we'll revert to last years strategy of being more choosy about judges as its just too expensive to go and have absolutely no chance. I also came back to the WONDERFUL NEWS that Poppy, L True Spirit has won her first 'C' and is now qualified to work ticket!!

6/5/10 Been really busy, with the puppies, and prospective puppies owners, got Fiona and Gavin coming up tonight,to stay and then to get organised for Birmingham show.

26/4/10  Julia got Drew's ( L It's Showtime) hip score back - 3:4! and elbows 0:0  so excellent score!!!!

26/4/10 Back from WELKS had a really enjoyable weekend, stayed in a super B &B in our own log cabin, with Julia, Sharon, Diane and Audrey. Lovely weather, super show, although far from our most successful, we had a real girly full of fun weekend.

20/4/10  Shine's puppies have arrived, she whelped 6, sadly one was born dead, so we have 5, 2 girls and 3 boys, markings fine. She is well settled with them, and enjoying being a mum.

17/4/10 Delighted that Chloe won her first CC at W & P breeds of Wales, well done Jenny!!!  Well done also to all the other Locheils placed, and Cruise's kids, and especially to sue fisher and Kyle, 6 months on the day, qualifying for Crufts, getting 3rd in MP dog and 2nd in PD
